1. Acceptance of terms of sale

1.1 – The contract between the holder of www.shunga.shop site (hereinafter “Shunga.shop”) and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Shunga.shop. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. Placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer claims to have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

2.3 – In the case of non-acceptance, Shunga.shop guarantees communication to the Customer by e-mail or phone within three days of receipt of the email summary. 3. Payment methods

4. Delivery method and charges

5. Right of withdrawal

For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this sale contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is only the Court of Kyoto.
